Tom Dehlinger, a U.C. Davis enologist started the winery in 1975, with 14 acres. He now has 45 acres and produces 7,000 cases per year. Although he makes Cab. Sauv. and Syrah, his fame is for his Pinot Noir and his Chardonnay.

Chardonnay Wines: The 1997 was the star. The 2000 and 1998, rated well. The 1995 was over the hill.
