DehlingerVerticalTasting

Dehlinger Winery Vertical Chardonnay Plus Red Varietal Tasting

The tasting was held on Sat., Nov. 10th, at 2pm.

  • From the cool Russian River Valley in Sonoma comes a top rated "cult" wine that you just can't buy. Regardless of price. The reason is 75% of the wine is sold through a mailing list. There is a long list of people who want to get on the main mailing list. The remainder of the wine is sold to top restaurants and wine shops.

Tom Dehlinger, a U.C. Davis enologist started the winery in 1975, with 14 acres. He now has 45 acres and produces 7,000 cases per year. Although he makes Cab. Sauv. and Syrah, his fame is for his Pinot Noir and his Chardonnay.
